UPDATES
We have revisited many of the sites in the book. Some are still about the same, some now lie buried under garbage, and one turned out even more "pristine" than ever! In many cases the directions for finding the place have been changed. We've also added GPS coordinates, which supposedly correspond to the UTM numbers you'll find on the margins of Mexico's topo maps.
